Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Nestled in the scenic countryside of Northamptonshire, conveniently located just a few miles from Silverstone Circuit the M1, A5 & the M40 provide excellent transport links. Well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, tv & WiFi. Simple continental breakfast. Perfect as a romantic getaway, cyclists & walkers & for working in the area. Pets MUST be crated.

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Cottage at The Old Haberdashery is located within walking distance of a shop, post office, beautiful park/cricket pavillion, pub and a good choice of scenic walks.

This is a beautiful self contained apartment in the village of Eydon in the heart of rural Northamptonshire. The apartment is ideal for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of life or for a business person who simply wishes to experience a home away from home. It is also In close proximity to many wedding venues for example: Crockwell farm, Sulgrave manor and Fawlsley Hall. Nearby attractions are Silverstone, Warwick Castle, Bicester Village, Milton Keynes and Stratford upon Avon.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Large hot tub with a beautiful view available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Private Annexe in Northamptonshire Village

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes

Self Contained Barn Conversion on beautiful working arable Farm. Location is 10 Minutes from either Junction 11 or 12 of M40 Motorway. National Trust Properties also in close proximity including one in the next village. Other Local Sites are Stratford - upon - Avon, Warwick and The Cotswolds, Plenty to see and do in the local area. Full equipped Self Catering Accommodation with a Super King Size Bed. Lots if wonderful pubs in the surrounding Villages.

In the historic village of Badby next to the famous bluebell woods, you will find this tranquil cabin in Charlotte and Andrew's garden. With an abundance of walks on the doorstep, it is a short stroll to the local pub. Serving food and amazing cocktails, The Maltsters is a typical village pub with garden. The fabulous Fawsley Hall Hotel is 1 mile away through the woods, or 2.5 miles by road, and there are many other pubs in the surrounding villages.

“The Stable - self contained modern conversion”

The Stable is a unique one bedroom self catering apartment for adults only, set in the grounds of a small independent working farm that rears cattle, sheep, dogs & chickens. The original oak & wrought iron railings divide the double bedroom with en-suite shower, sink & WC from the open plan kitchenette with two ring induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, smart TV, sofa & breakfast table with 2 chairs.
