Enjoy fluffy white towels and soft sheets. You also have an iron and ironing board.

Welcome to the Upper Room at the Blue House of Ball Ground! Our detached garage apartment studio is in the historic district of downtown Ball Ground - just a 5 minute walk to all the shops! Designed as a flex-use space, our studio has a super comfy Murphy wall bed, climbing wall, full sized kitchen and bath, as well as a full size upper attic loft with more beds and a hidden nook the kids will surely enjoy.

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
