Cozy guest suite attached to main house in log cabin village. Full kitchen, dining area, wood stove, comfy queen bed, walk-in closet, games, 100 movies. Walk-in shower & built-in seat. Laundry room with door to deck area, bistro tables, firepit. The vaulted living room has pull-out love seat for one sleeper, TV [ROKU, You Tube TV, HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney], Blu-Ray player and Google Nest Mini. Enjoy breakfast items like fresh eggs, juice, milk, bread, coffee, tea and our homemade pizzelle.

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Bala Farm Cottage - 2 miles from West Chester

Bala Farm Cottage is a wonderfully cozy stone cottage, located less than 3 miles from the center of West Chester, on a hilltop in a quiet neighborhood. It has a charming study downstairs with a bay window looking out towards majestic trees, and an entry hall that ends with a wet bar, equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The original curved staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom with queen bed and a spacious bathroom. You'll love your stay in the Cottage!

The Pump Maker’s House Marshallton Historic Beauty

Situated in the historic village of Marshallton, this home is furnished in country style with lovely antiques and vintage items. The first half of the house was built in 1790 with an addition added in 1830. This house was the childhood home of George McFarland, pump maker. He was the town plumber and made wooden pumps in a shop in the rear. We have just completed an entire rehabilitation with brand new plumbing, electric, hvac, as well as brand new bathrooms and kitchen.

Vintage guest House

Vintage Guestroom is a King Suite hosted by Mahlon and Jessica Stoltzfus in a private setting next to a working Amish Farm. Your cozy room is furnished with a King-sized Bed, whirlpool bath, walk in shower, sitting area, Gas fireplace, coffeemaker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Located upstairs above the garage, which is not connected to the big house. The setting is in the heart of Amish country on a private street which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
