A private room on a third floor walk up apartment located right at College and Grace in downtown Toronto. Room is bright with lots of natural light. Feels very cozy and comfortable. It also has private access to outside balcony. Please do not book if you have trouble with steep stairs, uncontrolled heat environments, or small size bathrooms. Not recommended for sensitive people. Not recommended for people who struggle with heavy luggage. No elevator.

The bedroom is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story townhouse. The house is 2000 sqft. so it is easy to socially distance. i have my 3rd shot and i mostly work from home theses days.
