The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

The Duck House, Lakeside ,Woodland Log Cabin.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

A studio on our farm near Stratford / Cotswolds

A newly renovated self contained space above our double garage with views over the Warwickshire countryside. The property is located on our family farm and we are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful countryside whilst being very accessible from a number of major roads. We are on the northern edge of the Cotswolds and 15 minutes away from Stratford-upon Avon. Villages such as Chipping Camden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold are only a short drive away.

The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.

The Bear's Barn

The Bear's Barn at Alcester Heath Farm is a stunning, newly converted open-plan barn conversion with incredible countryside views. Situated just outside the beautiful market town of Alcester, 20 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, this accommodation is well equipped, and ideal for country walks and enjoying the Warwickshire countryside. North Piddle self-contained studio

Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
