Stylish, air conditioned, 1 bedroom self-contained B&B apartment located on the ground floor of my residence in a quiet street in Grafton. Only 4 minutes drive to CBD. Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Well equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and laundry facilities; residence has river frontage, heated pool and spa. Accommodation suits professionals for short or longer term stays. The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The Milking Shed - Byron Hinterland - Eltham NSW

The Milking Shed is a romantic sanctuary located in part of the Big Scrub and the volcanic hills of the Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW. A small working Macadamia farm. The cottage is well equipped to accomodate 2 guest;also a sofa bed if required and a shared in ground swimming pool. A breakfast hamper of healthy produce is provided on arrival. The best of both worlds, a relaxing natural and tranquil country experience, yet only 20/35 minutes drive the coastal towns.

The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable
