Brand New Alberta Arts District Gem

This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Enjoy this quiet, roomy and well-located 1 bedroom apartment. You have a completely separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. One small pet allowed IF included in reservation.

Close to PDX, Portland and the Columbia River Gorge. The Garden Apartment has a private entrance from the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed along with two futons in the living area. There is a full kitchen and laundry room. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Columbia River from the covered patio with a futon for lounging, and table and chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

A true mother-in-law suite with its own entrance in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We will provide you with your own keyless entry code prior to your arrival. You also have the option to use the courtyard area right outside the private entrance, complete with comfortable seating and string lights. Off-street parking is provided for 1 car. 12-15 min from the Ridgefield Fairgrounds/amphitheater! You will love this convenient ground level apartment in the back half of our shop. It is 500 sq ft with a small bedroom and comfy queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that could sleep one adult or 2 kids. The outside area is completely fenced, perfect for pets and children.
