Twenty minutes from Clarksville, APSU and nearby Fort Campbell KY to the north and thirty minutes from downtown Nashville and all it has to offer to the south. The heating and cooling is an in-wall unit as well as a space heater. It's situated on a pond across a foot bridge from the barn. Behind is 4 acres of trees with trails through it that run up to a cattle pasture. There is plenty of space to roam with a play set to entertain the kids.

The Element; perfect house for a calming getaway. Centrally located but also surrounded by Dunbar Cave State Park. You can access the hiking trails within walking distance of the house. This property frequently has Deer, birds, squirrels, and other animals in the back yard! The house is also Less than 5 miles (less than 10 minutes) to downtown and the F&M bank convention center as well as Clarksville’s best restaurants and breweries.
