A bright and airy converted former blacksmiths adjacent to our house with wood burner, bedroom with king sized bed, a mezzanine bedroom with sofa bed (accessed via steep steps so not suitable for infants or elderly), open plan living room and kitchenette and bathroom (with shower). The perfect base for a country stroll, bike ride or lunch on the High St with pubs & independent cafes 2 mins away Manningtree, England’s smallest town is nestled within an AONB and was voted Sunday Times ‘Best Place to Live’ 2019 *Please note* - my home is right next to The Crown pub so there is some noise. Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

The Orchard Hadleigh Bramble lodge (2 bed)

One of 3 luxury lodges nestled within the Cherry Orchard. The lodge sleeps 4 people with lovely views, its own private hot-tub, large decking area, outside seating & sun loungers. The lodge is well equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, smart TV ,large fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser, barbeque , pizza oven and outdoor fire pit .About a 20 min walk into Hadleigh, which has a selection of pubs and restaurants.
