Enjoy your stay in Nova Scotia in this beautiful modern lake view guest suite. You will be a 2 minute walk to Lake Banook, where you can rent a kayak or paddleboard for the afternoon/evening. We are located a short distance (20-25 min walk) to the ferry which will take you across the harbour to Halifax. The ferry terminal is located in downtown Dartmouth with its charming shops and restaurants to explore. Imagine a cup of coffee in the morning on your own private balcony overlooking the lake.

There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Experience gorgeous sunrises, access a secluded pebble beach, kayak and surf the ocean, bike the Cow Bay loop and the Salt Marsh trail, and enjoy Rainbow Haven beach all while being only minutes from Halifax. Cow Bay has been a haven for Nova Scotians since 1773. We hope you come to enjoy our home as much as we do.
