We're in the heart of Shipshewana Amish/Mennonite community, minutes from downtown Shipshewana & all it has. An authentic, comfortable country getaway.

You will fall in love with the historic charm and comfortable accommodations of this meticulously restored 1871 train depot. Located in the Magic Capitol of the World, Colon is a small community in southwest Michigan. Walk to the quaint village of Colon and visit magic shops, enjoy the local theatre’s and dining. Bring your boat and enjoy one of the all sports lakes close by, or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the St. Joe river.

Cozy two bedroom cottage with a view. Deck right off living room to enjoy the view of the lake. Paddle boat, row boats, paddle boards and kayaks provided. Lake trampoline also. Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.

Minutes from Indiana toll road exit 121 this quiet wooded setting is a great choice for an extended stay or ideal for a special getaway.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
