The cottage has a fenced in backyard space fun and safe for the fur kids and the fur less! The cottage sits on the main road to Holden Beach, which is a very active rural route. Many great local attractions!

Step into this charming 1917 historic apartment in the heart of Downtown! With 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, it’s perfect for 1 or 2 guests. Enjoy blackout curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & dining table. As pictured, there’s a flight of stairs leading to your room. A restaurant/bar is downstairs, so some noise may be heard while open. They close Tues-Thur at 8pm, Fri-Sat at 9pm & are closed Sun & Mon. Traffic noise may also be heard. It’s a favorite with our guests and local gem!
