A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. The Hummingbird, a cozy quiet, 2 room apartment

The Hummingbird is a cozy, quiet, apartment in my home. It has a private entrance, is 2 rooms and is perfect for a getaway. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. It is minutes to historic downtown Charlottesville and UVA. Wineries are also easy to get to. I provide a few baked goodies as I have a small on premises bakery where I make scones, quiche and seasonal pies for our local Farmer's Market. It's a wonderful place to enjoy the quiet and privacy.

The Stable

Our guesthouse is located in the historic Tree Streets Neighborhood of Waynesboro, VA, an official Appalachian Trail town, located at the southern end of the Shenandoah National Park. We've aptly named the guesthouse "The Stable" because it was originally built and functioned as a stable. It has since been converted into a cozy cottage for guests.
