This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Enjoy your family vacation by relaxing on the brand new expansive patio with fire pit, hot tub and bunk house. Prepare your meals in the open chef’s style kitchen or built in outdoor bbq. Cozy up by the fireplace while enjoying a movie on our 60” flatscreen TV. Lake life!!!

Conesus Lakehouse Retreat

This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Just recently renovated in spring 2019. This home offers breathtaking views. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade also.

Conesus Sunset Cottage

The Conesus Sunset Cottage is located on the east side of the lake for breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from the upper deck, the large dock or under the covered firepit area. Perfect for a couples get a way or family of 6 Boat dock available if you want to bring your boat or jet skis. Boat rentals are available nearby. The finger lakes wineries are a short drive from Rochester. We are also a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store within 5 miles from the house.

“Hakuna Matata” Luxury Lake House

Be our guest at the Hakuna Matata Lake House! Start your day stretching in one of our lake-view rooms. Have coffee on the 250ft dock before you head out for some fun in the lake, or one of our provided water toys. Take a stroll or bike through the neighborhood! Walk, ride or drive to eating and shopping nearby. Wind down with one of our many board games or books. Then shower in our luxury spa-like master bath w/rain head and step out onto heated floors. Your worry-free vacation awaits!

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
