Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. It is beautifully decorated, with space to entertain or relax following a day of exploration. Guests can cosy up with a movie or head to the garden Pavilion for an old-school games night. Alternatively, dine alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine whilst marvelling at countryside views.

Three Springs, as it is known, is an idyllic Lakeland cottage, well equipped and positioned in a superb, elevated position, overlooking Coniston Water and Grizedale Forest. With a picturesque garden, set on different levels, there are breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding fells. Being only five minutes walk from the village centre, it is very convenient for all local amenities. Sleeps four (+1). We allow up to 2 dogs and charge £15 per stay for each pet.

With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room & a fully equipped kitchen. We allow a maximum of four guests including children. Up to two dogs are welcome at Latter Rigg Cottage.
