The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

This pretty one bedroom annexe based in Standish in a perfect location with easy access to Wigan, the village of Standish, beautiful green belt and easy access to the M6 and major cities Manchester, Liverpool and Preston. We are also 5 minute walk from the popular wedding venue Ashfield House. The annex is a fully self contained space with its own private entrance, parking and no shared facilities, we are however next door should you need anything.
