This snug, grass-roofed eco-cabin offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm Irish welcome, mountain walks on the Beara Way or snorkelling through nearby reefs. Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

Here at Killaha Holidays we would love to welcome you to our beautifully located large 3 bedroom cabin right on the shore of Kenmare Bay just 2 miles from Kenmare town. Watch the otters, sea birds and wild deer from your deck overlooking the beach. Relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi or inside beside our wood burning stove. A spacious house, secluded and private, it was originally built by my grandparents as a holiday home in the 1950s, now successfully renovated for the 21st century!

Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.
