Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our 500 sq. ft. casita. The space is only accessible by a secure walkway connected to the main house. We will welcome you and hand you the keys to both your casita and the main house. You will have complete privacy surrounded by nature and the Corrales Bosque. The Bosque Trail runs directly behind your casita. You can walk, bike, or jog along the acequia (waterway) or wander along the Rio Grande River and gaze at the majestic Sandia Mountain across the water.

La Casita is a cozy, private studio space with a queen bed and a separate bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meals. There is a loveseat, dining table with two chairs, desk, hangers and a dresser. The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Just in time for summer 2025, we recently installed brand new central air-conditioning at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law. The kitchenette has granite counter tops and custom LED lighting. We have a private landscaped garden with sitting areas to enjoy hummingbirds and roadrunners. Wi-Fi and cable TV incl. The Sage Guest House is a modern adobe surrounded by sage and desert willows. Convenient to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho, The Sage is located on an acre of natural landscape adjacent to our residence in a quiet area of the charming Village of Corrales. The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat where resident bunnies, quail, roadrunners, and goldfinches are abundant all year.

Come be our guest in your own private casita on our 1/2 acre property in Rio Rancho. Our spacious studio casita has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and kitchen. Enjoy an early morning sunrise or watch the Sandia Mountains turn the color of watermelon from our serene back patio or rooftop viewing area. Enjoy our lovely courtyard fountain and fireplace. Come!
