Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. After traveling for many years and many miles , Mi’Lady has retired to her lush and private resting place here in Corvallis. Designed for the comfort of one or two quiet guests., the Caravan has a double bed, padded bench seats, desk, sink & heat. Outside there is a covered deck with outdoor kitchen; a heated bathhouse with a modern composting toilet, & sink; private outdoor shower completes this unique and lovely glamping retreat. Located in a walking neighborhood close to campus, downtown, the hospital, grocery stores, and the tech firms. It has a private backyard, a large family room, a kitchen, W/D, A/C, wifi, smart TV (with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and more), a supportive queen bed, comfortable sofa bed (no crossbar), and a daybed that can pull out to make a king.

The large guest suite has its own private entrance, mudroom/office, bedroom with king bed, living room with couch/Tv, kitchenette, and bathroom. You’ll enjoy a comfortable memory foam mattress, custom tile shower, hotel quality bedding and towels, August smart lock entry, fast internet, TV with Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV (and more!)

This is a 600 square foot studio with 1 queen bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a full bed, dining set, kitchenette, ductless heat/AC and bathroom with tub and shower. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

Tranquil Garden Home in College Hill

Keep it simple at this cute and cozy home in historic College Hill. Located between OSU campus and the edge of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of campus or the coffee shops and restaurants on Monroe Ave. Stroll the other way through OSU agricultural fields to the Irish Bend covered bridge or climb Bald Hill for beautiful views of the coast range. Here for a football game? It's only a 15 minute walk to Reser Stadium.

We are located within walking distance of a neighborhood park, lovely coffee shop, food cooperative, & Oregon State University. It is tucked behind our house in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great place to explore Corvallis and all the surrounding beauty.

The Coolidge Bungalow

Charming 1940's bungalow, with private garden entrance. Feel secluded while still being near the necessities. Great place for writers and remote work. Coffee shops, breakfast spots and a fantastic natural foods co-op, all within a two block walk. Easy, flat, 20 minute walk to OSU, coffeehouses, restaurants, groceries, parks and more... Great area for biking to anywhere in town.

The apartment is great for a quick weekend trip to catch the game or a month long stay for work.
