Designed as a peaceful retreat for two, this 55 m² Charentais cottage lies within Les Noyers, a former wine estate surrounded by mature gardens. Maison Pontier, Riverside location.

Maison Pontier is the old bridge keepers house, (the bridge is long gone). It is on the quayside with easy parking and super access to the river (we swim here in the summer). It is quiet but well situated in the village with just a short walk to the excellent boulangerie, general shop, boules court and 3 restaurants, a very short walk along the river bank, ideal for for an evening glass of wine whilst you watch the sun go down.
