This is the "Burro Creek" tiny home at Tiny Timbers Resort. It's 170 square feet, with bathroom, kitchenette, queen loft and pull-out sofa bed. All tiny homes have a grill and picnic table. This centrally located well equipped duplex is your access point to all the adventures that South Fork has to offer in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. In the summer walk to the South Fork of the Rio Grande for fly fishing as well as an easy drive to many rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Local coffee, pizza, visitors centers and groceries are all in walking distance from our place.

There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
