Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. The Peatswood cottage is set within 500 acres of parkland and farmland and is the perfect escape for you to come and relax with family and friends. A quaint and characterful house with bedroom views down the front park, an inviting kitchen and living room, bathroom, wi-fi and garden. The stunning Hodnet Hall gardens and Hawkstone Park follies are a short drive away. If you don’t want to get in the car, walk along the canal into town (20 mins) for lunch or a glass of wine in the sun.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

Cuckoostone Barn is a stunning property set in the White Peak area of the Peak District. The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. Cuckoostone Barn is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Peak District National Park, with amazing walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, or a place to simply relax and unwind in an idyllic part of the world .
