This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with dogs. We do also have a dog fee.

Hillside Hideaway

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nestled in the rolling hillsides of Nashport Ohio. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire or cook out on the deck. Inside features a large open living room with full wooded view, plenty of seating, dining, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms and a small bunk bed room. Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

Full-size private •upstairs• apartment for TWO in the village of Somerset’s historic district—just steps from local restaurants, bars, and shops. Peaceful and cozy one-bedroom space with a full bed, living/reading area, dining room, full kitchen, & full bathroom. WiFi included, and you can sign into your own streaming services on the TV. Self check-in & easy private parking onsite (see check-in map for directions to private parking). Located in a safe & friendly village. •NO animals allowed!

The empty nest suite

This is a well insulated space over the garage and it feels like your in a treehouse when looking out. Keurig single pod coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge provided. Close to small town, hiking areas and local school. Very peaceful place to unwind from daily routine. Wifi, cable tv with spectrum and ROKU, easy parking on property, beautiful medicine cabinet w/shelves, separate heating and AC, keyless entrance (with sun shield) and normal regulation carpeted stairs to suite.

Route 60 Getaway

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

Harmony Hideaway: Cabin in Corning

Secluded in Ohio’s peaceful woodlands, Harmony Hideaway is a private cabin retreat designed for rest, quiet, and time away from everyday noise. Spend your days sipping coffee on the deck or unwinding by the fire with only the sounds of the woods around you. With modern comforts and space to breathe, Harmony Hideaway is an ideal escape to unplug and recharge.

Cozy Cabin

This cozy cabin is available to rent that sleeps up to 5 comfortably. There is a full bathroom that was newly built in April 2025. It has a private bon fire pit area located in the woods behind the cabin. We are located next to the Perry State Forest. Where you can ride straight out of our drive to the trails. There are also hiking trails and 4706 acres of public land to hunt. There is a microwave and fridge there. There is also a large communal shelter house and camp kitchen.

Located on 60 acres of private property with access to hiking trails throughout the property surrounded by 7,632 acres of Wayne National Forest with Wildcat Hollow Hiking Trail and Burr Oak Lake State Park. Also near Tecumseh Trails Offroad and Baileys Trail System MTB. “NO GLITTER” AWD/ 4WD vehicles recommended. 21 year old minimum age limit. Our cabin is not suitable for infants/children. 3 guest maximum No pets No parities

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. If you choose to stay a few nights longer, make a request to ABNB at least 6 hours in advance. To be sure it is completed. Thanks Mark

Wabash Cabin

The Wabash Cabin, nestled in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, is in the heart of the Region’s outdoor playground. This unique property offers private hunting privileges on 160 acres. It is also the perfect get away for couples, family, and friends. Hunting rates are $125 per night, per person, and include privileges to hunt on the property. Vacation/Leisure rates are $125 per night for up to 4 people, more than 4 people $20 per night per person.
