Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.

Paradise Resort is a small family owned Resort on the Muskegon River near Newaygo and Croton Township. Located on the river between the Hardy and Croton Dams. 8 miles from US 131, near Big Rapids, White Cloud, Fremont or Newaygo. Boating and fishing is in abundance. Tubing the river is a favorite, and the new Dragon Trail is less than a mile from our Resort. Our rooms are spotlessly clean, and our guests love it here. Spend mornings overlooking the golf course with coffee in the sunroom, and evenings gathered around the stunning 40-ft natural wood-burning fireplace.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

The Croton House

Relax and enjoy all the Croton area has to offer. Whether you are a mountain bike enthusiast ready to take on the Dragon, a fisherman, kayaker or river rafter, we are within minutes of each. We are also close to sections of the North Country Trail. Located on Croton Pond, we have a private dock you can fish or swim from or use it to tie up your own boat. You'll be a short walk from two restaurant/bars, a grocery store, bait shops and gas stations.
