Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Fresh towels and bed linnen, coffee, tea are included!

Voor de deur is gelegenheid om gratis een auto of motor te parkeren op ons eigen terrein. Ons huis is gelegen in het mooie Kleverpark op loopafstand van het Centrum van Haarlem en het Centraal Station. Strand, duinen en bos in de nabije omgeving, ideaal voor wandel- en fietstochten. Fietsverhuur is in de buurt.
