At the first level where is the entrance of the house you can relax on the dinning couch watching the caldera view! On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises.
