Sugar Brook Retreat nestled in the North Warwickshire Countryside is a tastefully converted open plan barn with high ceilings and unique features, the ideal location to escape the routine of daily life and relax in a remote setting surrounded by miles of public footpaths including the North Arden Heritage trail.  Just 4 miles from junction 10 of the M42 makes this accommodation perfect to relax in the country but close enough to the midlands road networks to travel with ease.

A cottage built in 1870, with use of extensive gardens, in the courtyard of a medieval Manor House, having beautiful views over the open countryside. The rooms are sunny and airy, with your comfort in mind. Featuring a kingsize bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.

Tastefully finished with modern furnishings, the Studio is the whole of the first floor featuring central heating & air con, small shower room as well as fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle and all crockery & cutlery. The house is within walking distance of bus/train stations, Hinckley Town Centre and a 20 minute drive from Leicester and 30 minutes from Coventry.

The Billhook

We have 2 lovely Shepherd's huts available, The Billhook & The Longbow, situated in a rural location on Historic battlefield ground. Self contained huts, with their own bathroom and kitchenette, where you can cosy up in a comfortable bed in front of the log burner or just open the blinds and look at the panoramic views over the open countryside. A 3 minute walk away from a superb country pub, which serves great food every day of the week.
