The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished and has 2 smart TVs and WiFi. Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. East Farwell is the wing of our Georgian Rectory, renovated 6 years ago and updated to provide a contemporary modern home, with huge glass doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the gardens of the main house. A perfect base for one or two couples, or small family (+ dog) to escape at any time of year. On the South Devon Coast path (Salt Path), you can walk to Blackpool Sands, stroll to the pub or local brasserie, 5 minute drive or catch the bus into historic Dartmouth.
