Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Located extremely convenient to downtown. 1/2 mile from the heart of Germantown. Very walkable. Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.
