Nestled in a valley, alongside the Klondike River, our cozy, renovated, rustic cabin is a great way to experience a local off-grid, lifestyle. Come visit our Canadian Inuit dogs, be amazed by the northern lights or midnight sun and explore our multiple trails skijoring, snowshoeing, walking, x-country skiing or cycling. There is a traditional Mongolian yurt on the property as well as a growing orchard and permaculture farm. The property is in a peaceful, quiet valley 15 minutes from town.

Located just up the hill on the other side of the Yukon river, you will get to enjoy a ride across river with the trusty George Black Ferry (running 24/7 free of charge). From the ferry landing it is just a two minute drive to reach the loft, or if you prefer, it can also be a nice walk.

The Confluence House

The Confluence House is located in the beautiful Dawson City, Yukon close to where the Klondike River and Yukon River meet. The house is walking distances from all of the attractions Dawson has to offer. This house features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with large windows. This is a family friendly property.

The Alley House

Located in residential downtown Dawson, this quiet space is just a couple of blocks from all main attractions, restaurants, pubs and shopping. On the ground floor is a bathroom with standing shower and a full kitchen and up the ladder is the living space and bedroom featuring a queen bed with cozy linens.

Keeping it affordable to visit our awesome town, you get to stay in your own private space attached to the main house in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood of town. Close to the beautiful Crocus Bluff and 9th avenue walking trail and 5-10 minutes walk to all that Dawson has to offer.

Bedside Manner Basement Sweet

Located minutes walk away from the hustle & bustle of Downtown Dawson City, with walking trails right in our backyard, we are knowledgeable about all local attractions and happy to help!
