Our lovely garden cottage is hidden in the beautiful farm community of Jamestown, surrounded by mountains and just outside of Stellenbosch. The area is economically and racially mixed with old locals, creatives and even famous Stellenbosch restaurateur calling it home. It's a gem of a place and we love staying here! Our cottage is private, spacious and well kitted with power back up for the Wifi & lights. Only 5mins away from the nearby mall, restaurants, wine estates, markets and Techno Park.

Although it is not very big you'll love our cosy yet comfortable studio, it has a lovely covered relaxing area for you to enjoy and is surrounded by a green garden. Sitated on the mountain with direct access to safe walking trails and the wide open scenic “Butterfly Fields” right on our doorstep. The space is compact, with 2 small en suite bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a small lounge. Perfect for young families: toys, books, trampoline, treehouse, and shared garden and pool. Please note: the rooms are small and we have 2 very friendly dogs on the property.

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.
