We hand built this 2400 sq.ft home/cabin with local pine logs, these timbers that form the main structure of this cabin are hand notched and stacked local pine. We did most of the work and designing on this and were able to put a personal touch to the work inside and out. NOTE!!!This is a rustic place with modern convenience, (Knotty hickory cabinets, Pebble and tile showers, Bamboo floors, Local, pine, log exterior walls, Tulip popular interior, Log and barn wood furniture. Welcome to “The Casita Bonita” The pretty little house on 130 acres of pure bliss. My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .

Graceland in Memphis, The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Discovery Park in Union City, and nature’s wonder Reelfoot Lake in Tiptonville, TN, are all day trip excursions! Looking for something closer, Beech Bend Park and Picnic area is just a short 6.1 miles away. Decaturville with its small town feel has much to offer with festivals and various street happenings throughout the year.
