Gloriously private without feeling secluded, this charming guesthouse was totally updated in 2019. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . (We will often leave fireplace prepared to light. Gas heating also). Get cozy with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, games and books. DirecTv in the living room and bedroom. too!

Sunrise Casita: a tiny house at Cana Barn

Our 250 sq ft tiny house was built by our talented craftswoman Kara. We used wood from our property and reclaimed materials to create a cozy and unique getaway. The front porch looks out to a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and looks up to a local vintage sign. We are LGBTQ+ welcoming. Sunrise to us is the embodiment of a fresh start and a new opportunity. It is hope and possibility, adventure and inspiration, beauty and wonder. We hope all of this for your stay in our tiny house!

The Cottage at Oak Hill Farm in Millboro

Welcome to our newly renovated two bedroom cottage located on Oak Hill Farm. Our family has lived and worked this land since 1845. Our cottage and over-look deck offers spectacular views of the mountains and our tranquil farm. We are in the middle of the most beautiful outdoor and recreational regions in Virginia. Enjoy the beauty of Bath County. The famous Homestead Resort is nearby for Golf. Fishing at Lake Moomaw! Kayak, tube, swim, or fish the trout at Douthat State Park or Goshen Pass.

The Firefly Cottage

This century old cottage, updated with modern comforts, is perfect for a long or short stay and is located on our family farm. Minutes from downtown Staunton or Interstates 81/64. Relax, stretch out in four rooms, get some laundry done. Enjoy the peace of the rural setting. Queen size bed, large shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, range/stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Private parking. All varieties of people are welcome here.

Mitchelltown Apartments-Stay and Vacation

The apartment has a living space featuring a couch and tv for relaxing after a long day of hiking nearby trails and a desk for tidying up some loose ends (wifi included) before your big meeting. 1 queen, 1 full bed. Enjoy your stay here with all the amenities of home as this apartment has a full kitchen and bath along with a washer and dryer combo. Within walking distance to some of Virginia's best outdoor activities. Gym access available upon request. Two night minimum stay required.

Enjoy some downtime at the cabin or visit some of the wonderful places Bath County has to offer. Twenty minutes from the Fort Lewis Lodge. Thirty minutes from the Douthat State Park with stocked trout lake and streams. Forty - five minutes from the Omni Homestead Resort and town of Hot Springs.

Olin’s Ridge

Quaint and charming Olin’s Ridge in nestled quietly in the foothills of Augusta County. This cabin is perfectly suited for a couple or small family seeking a quiet escape. A simplistic experience, with an Alexa, Wi-Fi and personally controlled heating/air throughout. Outdoors you can sit under string lights by the fire pit, enjoy a peaceful dip in the hot tub, or a swing on the front porch. With a short walk, you will find two ponds with spectacular views of the blue ridge mountains.

Brent's Cabin

Enjoy our cozy and comfortable cabin situated on 20 private wooded acres near several trout streams, George Washington National Forest, Virginia Game Commission, hiking trails, and caves. Brent's Cabin sleeps four, including a double bed and two twin beds in the loft. For skiing we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from snowshoe and 30 minutes from The Homestead. For fishing we are 5 minutes away from the Bullpasture, 10 minutes from the Cowpasture, and 25 minutes from the Jackson River.

Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! By September 2020, there will be a new outdoor living area with a hot tub and dining.

The Laurel Hill Treehouse

Tucked away in the woods, this Scandinavian-inspired treehouse is a quiet, peaceful spot designed for a relaxed couples getaway. Surrounded by trees and overlooking beautiful woodland views, it’s an easy place to slow down and unwind. Spend your time on the wraparound porch, soak in the hot tub, cool off in the creek, or settle in by the fire at night. This is a serene, comfortable retreat where you can reset, enjoy all that nature has to offer, and simply be present.

Stony Brook Nordic Cabin

A bright open space with large windows and high ceilings that compliment the view of surrounding foliage. A large screened-in porch at the front of the house is perfect for intimate gatherings. A hot tub is available alongside the house in addition to a two-person outdoor shower, and corn hole boards and a fire pit offer additional options for family fun. You won’t have cell phone signal out here -and the WiFi isn’t strong enough to run too many devices at one time.

Little Cabin in the Woods is quiet and secluded!

Enjoy our rustic, cozy, historic log cabin in the woods on 21 acres with two streams and a little meadow. The logs, from the 1800's, were reconfigured 17 years ago combining a rich history with high speed internet and modern amenities. Sink into the luscious bed with totally organic sheets, mattress topper, and pillows. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.
