Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. This home sits on 1 acre within a quiet neighborhood. Lots of sunshine fills this property and is great for a family getaway. If you want to be centrally located this is the home for you. The beaches, Redwood forest trails, and grocery stores are within a five-mile radius. This home is a guesthouse that sits about 50 feet off the back of the main house. There is currently a shared yard that is not fully fenced.
