Set in 3.5 acres of paradise on the edge of Bodmin moor. A crystal clear stream meanders through woods with two waterfalls, a beautiful lake and bridges. Our own pine forest and Decked bbq and hot tub area. Millpool Lodge has entrance lobby, a lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen, two toilets, shower and outside seating. The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, well equipped one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

The Garden Studio at the Tithe Barn

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

This is a peaceful beauty spot far from passing traffic where you can while away your stay watching the sea change hue and surfers chancing the waves. Or you could be inspired and join them!
