The tiny house is a self contained suite at the back of our in town acreage with a Murphy Bed, full washroom, & French Doors opening to our back field. Mini fridge, hot plate & kitchen sink allow for meals. Convenient location within 5 minutes of the Fraser River & 5 minutes from the new District 1881 Chilliwack. Located in a quaint neighbourhood of Cedar Valley in Mission, our home is a short drive from US border & Abbotsford Airport, beautiful lakes, stunning waterfalls, mountain hiking trails, historic sites, dining, wineries & farm tours. Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

Bright Abbotsford Ground Floor Suite

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Hatzic Lake Carriage House

Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Ideal family getaway. Parking for 3 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No events.

Ready for a relaxing time in the woods, close to nature while still being only 20 minutes from town? Our cozy A-frame cabin is situated on a 4 acre property and surrounded by old growth trees. Enjoy the soothing sounds of a nearby creek from the main bedroom. This spot is perfect for the 4x4 enthusiast, just minutes from a forestry service road. There is ample parking on site for truck and trailer. Enjoy nature and hiking at beautiful Cascade Falls, which is also only minutes away.

This beautifully, recently renovated studio type room, comes with a comfortable queen bed. This space is very private with separate entry and is entirely separated from other area of the house. The suite includes kitchen equipment such as utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and a microwave. No smoking allowed inside but guests are welcome to use the spacious backyard! As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.
