Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Its a simple and comfortable way to experience nature while still having all the essential you need.

Surrounded by vegetable gardens with amazing views; Studio 613 here on The Range is a place to stop for a night or relax and regenerate for an extended stay. You're welcome to cook in Studio 613 Guest House. Seasonal vegetables; grown without pesticides. You can also enjoy our Happy Hen's eggs. There are many interesting places to visit in the area - historic towns, forests, beaches and wineries.

Acorn Nook @ Lazy Ballerina - Rustic Eco Tiny Home

This tiny house, the Nook, is nestled under oak trees. A perfect stay during the local wedding season, or when you just want to get out and explore. Styled with a rustic touch and wabi-sabi principles, the Nook is equipped with a queen bed and kitchenette facilities, including a bbq, and even an outdoor bath! Comfortable bright and airy cottage situated within easy walking distance of restaurants, hotels and the famous Willunga Farmers' Market, in the heart of this delightful historic township less than an hour's drive south of Adelaide. A great base from which to explore the beautiful McLaren Vale wine region and nearby southern beaches. Ideal location for Tour Down Under, Sea & Vines, Almond Blossom Festival, Fleurieu Folk Festival and Day on the Green events.

The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
