Designed to extend living into the beautiful surrounds of nature, the space creates a tranquil space to relax and rejuvenate. Explore the river rapids and sandy beach on foot or by water with kayaks available on request and picnic on the riverbank with a campfire at sunset. Additional day visitors can be arranged to access river facilities.

Windermere Lodge - Idyllic peaceful bush retreat

Wake up in the morning to just the sounds of the birds in your retreat set in 10 acres of rural paradise. From your private terrace, set amidst the beautiful gardens, you can wander freely through the grounds. Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

Chatanta Cottage - Off Grid Country Stay

Bee house

This unique place has a style all its own. A lovely garden with hot tub to explore, chickens with fresh eggs on hand, beehives with access to some fresh honey, lovely friendly dogs who will happily enjoy a game of fetch and tug of war. Train station is just a 2 minute walk from the house. Across the road you have a takeaway shop with great burgers and a little fruit and veg shop with lots of great prices. If you can’t sleep and want a naughty treat the 7/11 is also just across the road.

The Bangalow

This property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is intended for respectful guests seeking accommodation only. No parties, events, gatherings, or unapproved visitors. Guest numbers are monitored and must match the reservation. The booking guest must stay at the property (unless commercial). Temple Retreat is a luxurious and relaxing hideaway situated in Pullenvale, a rural acreage area west of Brisbane, 20 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and 35 minutes from Brisbane airport. Temple Retreat is set on 10 private acres and is newly refurbished. The retreat has 4 generous bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a separate yoga studio, Seed Yoga, on the property that offers group & private yoga and meditation classes, as well as massage.
