The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Camp Dogged Bird House -Tiny Home on Seneca Canal

The Bird House @ Camp Dogged (#59-4)is a tiny home experience. We call it the Bird House because every window you look out you see eagles, ducks, geese, birds as well as other wildlife. The unit is a RV Park Model, which is self contained with a private fenced in patio and grill. The unit sleeps 4 and includes 2 bedrooms - master with a queen and the open loft with 2 twin beds. There is kitchen, full bath and living room. The patio has seating and a grill.

The Theodore Friendly House was built in 1880 in the Queen Anne style with Eastlake details throughout. Located in the Near Westside National Historic District, which is a prime location near Downtown Elmira's shops, restaurants, theaters, museums, arena, churches, and bars. Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
