Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to two kayaks and a paddle board., fire pit, ( you supply your own firewood),outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
