Coastal Cottage 524 Steinhatchee Florida

Located in the coastal village of Steinhatchee, Florida. Very near the Steinhatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. Excellent fishing on the grass flats of Dead Mans Bay. Fishing tournaments are almost every weekend from Febuary 1 through June 14. Scallop season Starts June 15th and ends September 10th. Labor day weekend through March prices are discounted for those who would like to winter in Florida. We are pet friendly. No large aggressive pets allowed. Welcome to the cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

This 1500 SF home is the perfect way to get away from the urban rat race without having to "rough it". The master bedroom and living room offer large-screen LCD TVs and the two additional bedrooms have 32" LCD TVs. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen. A huge rear deck and both fixed and floating docks provide options for watching the sun rise over the river, sturgeon jumping and manatee meandering along. Wheelchair accessible. Fun times!

This three-bedroom, three-bath riverfront cottage accommodates up to seven guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort and outdoor enjoyment. Relax on the spacious private screened-in porch, designed to immerse you in the beauty of the outdoors. Enjoy summer evenings around the yard’s firepit and savor meals at the picnic table on your private dock. The dock is fully equipped to support all your water adventure needs.

RV Lot-Gulf Front Sunset View, Horseshoe Beach, FL

Gulf Front RV Lot with gorgeous sunset views. Lot was upgraded in 2021 (again in 2023, 2024) for parking of up to 2 RVs with new lime rock paving, one 30 and one 50-Amp plugin, plus 2 separate water and septic connections. Horseshoe Beach is a small, peaceful, fishing village with fishing guides, boat, kayak and golf cart rentals. Excellent scalloping a short boat ride away.

Rustic Farmhouse

Rustic Farmhouse on a working farm. Come meet our cows, goats, alpacas, and miniature donkeys, and visit pigs and rabbits. Fish in our stocked pond alongside ducks and geese, or stroll the Chicken Trail to see chickens, turkeys, pheasants, peafowl, and emus. Located near the Suwannee River and several beautiful natural springs.

Suwannee River Bungalow

Unwind on the shores of Historic Suwannee River. Located near Fanning Springs where you can launch your boat. The property hosts two - 2 person kayaks with access to the river on property. Grill on the camp style grill and sit around the fire pit in the evening. A perfect place to get away from it all.
