The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Located on top of a hill overlooking the water, we welcome you to come relax, take a swim, stroll through the garden, pick fresh herbs, soak up the sun and take in amazing sunsets. All new kitchen and appliances. Grill on the deck, or enjoy our back patio seating area and garden. Relax in our spacious bedrooms and bathroom with a double rain head walk-in shower. Come jump in the lake!

Lakefront Cottage on Tracy Pond

Lakefront cottage on 47 acre Tracy pond. The pond has no public access so it is quiet with only my home and another Air BnB on site. You share the backyard with my home. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Charming, Year Round Lake Front Camp

We grew up spending our summers on Sebec Lake, and there's a reason the state motto is 'The Way Life Should Be'. This camp is lake front property, with outdoor seating, dining and swimming steps from the back door. The spacious layout of the camp provides the perfect family friendly escape any time of the year! In the winter there is plenty of ice fishing and snowmobile trails in the area, so it's the perfect place to share time with family and friends year-round!

Canoodlin Cabin on Sebec Lake

Canoodlin is the last point of land before the “big lake” and offers something for everyone with loon calls, fire pit, hammocks, hikes, fishing, canoeing, SUP, swimming and just taking in the beautiful sunset and views of Borestone from the well appointed, private cabin. Two master bedrooms, each with 1 king or 2 twin beds & its own full bathroom. Gas fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, bbq & washer/dryer. Also included is fast wifi streaming, games and puzzles.

Waterfront Cabin in Hermon

You’ll be surrounded by seventeen acres of tranquil trees and serene waterfront. In winter, it transforms into a picturesque wonderland, complete with snowmobile trails, ice fishing, and nearby skiing. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as kayaking and swimming, or unwind indoors with a game of pool and darts. Kayak to the three connected ponds (two of which are tucked away!) or paddle down the Souadabscook River for a chance to spot local wildlife.

Beautiful views of Hermon Pond from almost every window of this unique camp. There are 2 bedrooms, a king bed in master & two full/full bunk comfortable beds in the second bedroom. In the evenings, spark up the fire pit & roast some s'mores. A beautiful retreat to make lasting memories.

Monson, Greenville, Moosehead Lake are all within an hour drive. Hunters welcome also! This is a great central location to access all the outdoor adventures Maine has to offer!

The main house sleeps 8 with queen beds and a sleeper sofa, plus 2.5 bathrooms. The loft offers over 300 sq ft with a queen bed, twin daybed, trundle (sleeps 4), AC, and no bathroom. Total capacity: 12 guests.
