A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. Originally a Shack "Mexican Homestead" for the Juarez Family that moved to Flagstaff in 1911 to work at the Saw Mill and build Railroad Tries for the booming railroad industry.
