This complete home boasts a fully equipped kitchen open to an inviting living area, separate queen bedroom with full closet, full bathroom and laundry. Drowning in natural light, the many windows provide an open and airy ambiance you will surely enjoy. Exclusive patio area with outdoor dining is a plus for relaxing outside in the fantastic Silicon Valley climate. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Our wine rack is your wine rack so please help yourself. Ironing board and iron as well as hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Full in unit laundry makes keeping garments clean and easy while traveling. Always look your best whether in town for business or pleasure! Traveling with children? No worries. You will find a Pack & Play as well as toddler mattress to facilitate sleeping with your little one. High chair and children's flatware, cups plus utensils are provided to make eating in as a family just like home. Books and toys should keep your little one smiling. Television with Fire TV provided. Guest access to Amazon Prime Video & HBO unrestricted. Feel free to log into any other streaming accounts you may prefer. Central air and heat will ensure you are comfortable during your stay in any season. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire guest house and patio area. I am available almost all of the time. We live on site and are happy to interact as much or as little as you desire. The guesthouse sits among the tree-lined streets of Hanchett Residence Park in the historic Rosegarden area. A car, scooter, or bike share is never far away, and restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, bakeries, and yoga studios are walkable. This location is walking distance to Cal Train and city buses. Ample service from Uber & Lyft means a ride is only moments away. Scooter share and bike share stations surround us on all sides. Access to all Silicon Valley highways is unparalleled. The cottage has been fully remodeled. Relax in a brand new king bed and enjoy the all new full bath. Roku TV, AC/Heat and an electric fireplace to relax with. Fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. Private yard to enjoy and relax. Detached cottage, with private, well lit entry. A coded deadbolt lock allows safe entry into cottage. Enjoy a private patio that is also available for guests. We will be giving our guests privacy, but are available by phone or text if you have questions. Willow Glen is the South Bay’s hottest area within San Jose and the Silicon Valley. Downtown is two blocks away, with popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses all close by. Plenty of safe and well lit street parking available. A city bus stop is very close, with freeways, light rail, and Cal train a mile away. Willow Glen is a quaint neighborhood of San Jose, with its charming old homes, and vibrant downtown businesses. You will enjoy your own private living space. Duplex. Our place is a beautifully restored Craftsman home, spacious, clean, and wonderfully appointed for a very comfortable stay. I’m available on the premises next door if you need anything. Near the end of a leafy, quiet street close to downtown San Jose. We are close to San Jose Airport, Convection Center, Train/Bus station, highways 280, 101, and 87. NOTE: We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines to keep our quest and ourselves safe.

Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, parks and public transit. One mile to the SAP Center (Shark Tank) and Santa Clara University. 2 miles to Santana Row and Westfield Shopping Center. Great location in San Jose's downtown commercial core. Our beautiful historical mansion is a non-residential commercial historical large guesthouse for stays less than 21 continuous nights in each unit. Walk to anywhere downtown. #1 is a small complete apartment used exclusively by the booked guest. #1 has a bedroom with a full size bed, a full bathroom and a kitchen/family room with a sofa/full size bed. #1 has no common areas, but #1 has full access to all common areas.

Our charming SOFA District Victorian (on 2nd St.) is 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to San Jose McEnery convention center, center for performing arts, SJSU, restaurants, Tech Museum, rock climbing, Ritz & bars. SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home. To add guests beyond 2, requires approval.

Our backyard bungalow is a fully furnished, one room studio with full bathroom. We have a coffee machine, microwave, and mini fridge in the bungalow for our guests. You *might* hear people, neighbors, parties, music, cars, sirens, trains, chickens, homeless people, etc.
