The location of the house makes it ideal for anyone visiting St. John’s for work or business associated with Memorial University or the Health Science Centre. It’s across the street from the University campus. There is a fitness centre close by and it’s on a bus route to downtown, however it is approximately a 25 - 30 minute walk to downtown. Guests have use of the entire house to share with one other person as well as a medium size friendly dog.
