Newly renovated cozy house with light and modern decor, close to the Ørestad metro , that takes you to the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes. Walking distance to the Big shoppingcenter Fields, Bella Center and Royal Arena. From the hallway you step into a bright modern livingroom , bathroom, and kitchen, from there you can go out to a nice big terrace. There are two bathrooms , one in each floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has double bed - the other has 3 singlebeds. There is also possibility of sleeping downstairs in the livingroom.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Our basement offers a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. You'll have everything you need for a short stay, incl. a sofa bed, a work desk, and a bathroom. We’re just a 10-minute walk to Herlev station and a 20-minute train ride to downtown Copenhagen. With free parking and an EV charger available, this is a great spot for both business and leisure travelers. Please note, you may hear footsteps and water drains from upstairs. We also have a cat.
