Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

A former art studio has been converted into a beautiful little home that is attached to main house with panoramic valley view from your bed and garden. Further up in the mountain of Kronenzicht in a quiet cul-de-saq you can unsettle while having a dip in your private and heated hot tub, relax under the rain shower with stunning views on the back of table mountain and little lionshead or start your sunset walk on the beautiful sand dunes next to our property, even all the way down to Sandy Bay.

This is a unique "cabin in the woods" tree house style home nestled high up on a property making up part of the Table Mountain Reserve, overlooking the world heritage site "Orange Kloof" effectively the back of the Table Mountain reserve Despite its apparent remoteness, it lies just 7 min from Houtbay central district and 12 minutes from Constantia shopping centre. Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

The Little oak garden cottage was newly renovated and started September 2018. It's a seperate private cottage with its own entrance, save parking and a closed small courtyard where you can relax and have a braai. The cottage has a beautiful modern open plan kitchen and lounge that is fully equipped. Wifi, Netflix and showmax are available for the guests. The bedroom has clean crisp white bedding with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower. There is a aircon for those hot Paarl summers.

The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. Our guest suite consists of one bedroom, an en suite shower and toilet and a living space with basic cooking facilities (microwave, fridge and kettle). The guest suite is attached to the main house, but has a separate entrance. Safe, shaded parking is available. Free wifi. We are situated in a quiet, friendly residential area, close to local hospitals and schools. We are a busy family of 5; we cannot always guarantee perfect silence, but your privacy is of utmost importance!

Self Catering Suite in Durbanville, Cape Town

Luxury Self Catering Guest suite attached to modern private home in quiet neighbourhood, with private secure parking and private entrance. The suite has a spacious, sepatate living/dining area with full kitchen facility. The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.
