Experience a one-of-a-kind getaway unlike any other where you have access to 0.3 of an acre of private space. Great for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a memorable adventure, our converted horse box will be a great experience. There is a handmade hot tub at an additional charge (see description).

It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable with high quality stylish furnishings including a king sized bed with Emma mattress. The village has 2 pubs and a village shop and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Wonderful walks directly from the cottage. You will find beautifully crafted beams and original stone floors paired with all the luxuries you need for a relaxing break. Featuring a cosy living/dining room with wood burning fire, a super comfy double room and even a dedicated work space should you wish to work away from home!

Byfield House

Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

Consisting of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge area, along with plenty of outside space for you to enjoy!

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Newly refurbished stables, converted to the highest standard, set on the edge of the Cotswolds on beautiful private farmland. Perfect for a romantic, peaceful getaway or as a base for explorers. The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
