15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Maritimo Studio Apartment & Parking

Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

Gina - House

Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Welcome to our cozy 45 m² stone house, nestled on the picturesque shores of Tivat Bay in the sought-after Obala Đuraševića. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal escape for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. The house features a private pier where you can relax by the water, take in stunning sunsets. With parking available on-site, convenience is at your doorstep.

Guesthouse Žmukić | M studio w/ balcony

The studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house and features its own kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait. Guests also have access to the terraces in front of the house, which are arranged on three levels. These terraces offer dining and coffee tables, as well as an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air.

This is paradise for us and it could be also for you! On the peaceful side od Montenegro coast,between montains and sea we are located to give you the most beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Crystal clear water makes you feel refreshed and relaxed.  Tramonto II is 10 minutes away from the Tivat airport. Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Lustica Bay are 5-15 minutes away.  The supermarkets are near. (2 km away)

Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.

The apartment is distanced just 6 meters from sea. It is duplex apartment with two reserved parking spaces. Located in a suburb of Tivat at a distance of 12 km from city center. Apartment includes two sunbeds and berth for the vessel and barbecque. In 250 meters you have the nearest grocery shop and a in 2 km Aroma and Voli supermarkets. You have many beautiful beaches around.
