Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 sq foot space where this apartment is located was originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
